Spacewalkers Mike Fossum and Ron Garan have removed thermal covers from the joints and the end effector of the Kibo robotic arm system. Astronauts Akihiko Hoshide and Karen Nyberg will unfurl the 33-foot, six-jointed robotic arm for the first time Saturday at 12:17 p.m. EDT.
