Space shuttle Discovery's astronauts are preparing to undock from the space station at 7:42 a.m. EDT.
They will perform a flyaround of the complex before conducting a final separation burn at 9:25 a.m.
Beginning at 11:12 a.m., the crew will conduct the late inspection of the shuttle’s heat shield using the orbiter boom sensor system.
