"This was the first time the NASA astronauts who will interact with Dragon during its early missions were actually inside a Dragon flight vehicle" said Elon Musk, CEO and CTO, SpaceX. "SpaceX was honored to host the ISS crew for this preliminary training exercise, and we look forward to serving NASA further under the COTS program and CRS contracts."

I for one am excited with the progress and look forward to seeing Falcon 9 and dragon flying. Sounds like Space X has a good working relationship with NASA.

A few ares supporters have rubbished dragon but there are going to be at least 15 launches of falcon 9 and dragon by 2016 and as the crew version of dragon is virtually identical to the cargo version with all that flight history to draw on SpaceX should be able to provide a safe and reliable ride to space.
