Well, this should be interesting to see if there are delays to this vehicle. That's one of the reasons of the angst against Ares. If Falcon suffers the same fate, what was the point? The Administrator even said last week that cost is not the issue, it was time.

There does not appear to be any undue delay although elsewhere Musk has hinted there may be some slippage. Interesting they are looking to make the 1st stage recoverable/reusble.
