Space Shuttle Program managers have decided to fly space shuttle Endeavour back to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on Tuesday, weather permitting. Bad weather and a frontal system that's forecast to develop and effect the flight prompted managers to delay tomorrow's attempt. Endeavour, which landed at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., on Nov. 30, will be attached to the top of NASA's Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, a modified 747, for the return to Florida.
